작품설명 | Hi! This is Melica Asadi and Sogand Ahmadi from Nedaye Zahra Middle School. PishRobot organizes Robotic classes in our school. We have simulated an automation system of production lines. We have made an example of an industrial robot arm with six degrees of freedom and an industrial press machine. Industrial arms can eliminate injuries caused by press machines to human operators. At first, industrial arm puts the sheet under the press and when pressing is finished, the robot arm moves formed product to another location. Robot arm joints are moved using 6pcs of AX-12A actuators. Press machine is also moved using 2pcs of AX-12A actuators. We have used crank mechanism to convert rotary motion to linear motion.
