| 작품설명 | Students Name My name is LIANG Fu Den, you could always called me Fu Den. I am a 13 years old boy likes robotics very much. My last robotics presentation was ‘XY Plotter’ and it won Finalist in the STEAM Cup August 2014 entry. My robotics course was under coaching of Mr Sark and Kriz, e@Robotclub Kota Damansara Robot Name ‘Candy Deliver Machine’ Robot Product OLLO Inventor Kit Robot Characteristics My dream is to become a Mechanical Engineer as I could help my father who own a factory to solve out a lot of production issues using the robotics technology. In Malaysia, manufacturing industry always facing shortage of manpower, it is a critical issue, thus this project shown my concept that automation could be simplified and cost effective when applying robotics technology. The candy is the producing goods, that can be sent through the plastic bottle to the conveyor belt, then sent to the loading box. When the truck comes and IR sensor will sense it, the doors of the loading box will open which enable the candies to fall into the truck. When the candies were full in the truck, the gate will open to let the truck leaving. In this project, I used two servo motors and one gear motor. The gear motor is used on the conveyor belt, and the servo motors are used to control the doors of loading box and the gate. I also use a plastic bottle to send the candies. I recycle the plastic bottle to keep the environment green. A polystyrene cup is used to stabilize the structure of the robot. The plastic holders are used to push and hold the candies on the conveyor belt. These parts are printed by my teacher with 3D printer. I hope all of you like my robotics project, thank you very much.
