| Robot Charactertic | Hi, My name is Ziya. Building robots with the ability to play different musical instruments are very interesting. Depending on the musical instrument, robots with different ability is required. My goal was to build a robot capable of playing the keyboard. To achieve this goal, the robot with six degrees of freedom needed. Five degrees of freedom in fingers and a degree of freedom that is simulated the movement of transference. Six AX-12 is used as a six rotational actuator. Crank mechanism was selected to convert rotational motion into linear. The robot is programmed by Roboplus software and CM-510 controller and able to play famous Iranian music piece called “ELLAHE-YE- NAZ”. Thank you! |
