Robot Name ‘1-Digit Calculator’ Robot Product ROBOTIS Dream kit, OpenCM9.04, LED matrix7219++ Robot Characteristics My name is Zhi Fend and here is my presentation of my robotics project :- This ‘1-Digit Calculator’ is built and program by myself . It can perform a single digit calculation of addition, subtraction, multiplication and even division. I use ROBOTIS Dream kit as the basic structure, OpenCM 9.04 as the motherboard, 3 LED matrix max7219 as the display, 2 Touch sensor as the button, Tri-colour LED as indicator for the status of the button and 2 LB-040 battery as the power supply. There was two buttons which is the set button (which is blue colour) and choose button (which is red colour). Each button will turn green if the button is pressed. To start, press any one of the button. And choose your first number by pressing the choose button. And press the set button when you get your desire number. Then choose your operation with the choose button, and press the set button when you get your desire operation. Finally, choose your second number, and press the set button to calculate the answer. To reset it, just press any of the button. The digit calculator can give answers til two decimal places, negative value, and even one decimal places! My future vision is to improve the calculator that can calculate two digit, giving answer till four decimal places and three decimal places !!
