| Robot Charactertic | This is a fantastic project of automatic household monitoring from OpenCM9.04 controller board with the special sensor; the LPG gas sensor module. Technical features : - Controller is OpenCM9.04 - Detect LPG gas element by using a modern LPG gas sensor (ZX-MQ5) - Warning by the fan that is driven from the DC motor. Construction : (1) Connect the LPG gas sensor to A1 analog input of OpenCM9.04 controller board. (2) Connect the ZX-LED board to D17 of OpenCM9.04 (3) Connect the ZX-SPEALER (piezo speaker driver board) to D2 of OpenCM9.04 (4) Connect the low power 3V DC motor to D10 of OpenCM9.04. How it works : Demonstration shows how to detect and alert the LPG gas leaking. We use Dremel's Versaframe as LPG source. When the LPG sensor detects the LPG element, it send voltage to the OpenCM9.04. If analog voltage is higher than limit value, the controller board will drive LED to warning, drive the piezo speaker to alert and drive a DC motor to blow the LPG to outside for safety. The heart of this project is modern LPG gas sensor. It send the analog voltage relate with number of gas element detection.
