| Robot Charactertic | Students Name TAN Jun Onn, is a brilliant boy from e@Robotclub Kota Damansara, his mission is to be a Mechanical Engineer, hence he made a 'Lift' using his robotics kit and of course, apply what learnt from the robotics class to this project. Robot Name ‘Lift’ Robot Product ROBOTIS Dream Level 2 Robot Characteristics Here is what Jun Onn said on his robotics project :- “I built a lift or an elevator with ROBOTIS DREAM Level 2. This robot shows the concept of a lift in the real world as it consists of two parts which are the engine room and the lift. I used two motors to make the rotator to move the lift up and down. The sound sensor in the controller is used to detect my claps as the floor number that I want the lift moves to. In the programming, I used variable to memorize which floor the lift is, so that it will not move if the result of sound counter is same as the floor number now. I have been working on this project for around two months as I faced many problems especially the mechanical design of the rotator and the lift. Thank you to my robotics coach for his guidance.
